I have windows live essentials and I am unable to send emails. I can from my verizon account. I keep getting this error message.

Server Response: 550 5.7.1 The message you attempted to send was determined to be spam. Please visit http://www.verizon.net/spamfaq for more information.

If I delete my account and add it again do I lose all the existing emails/folders that I have?

My web mail is fine but it is not down loading into my computer. I am getting the following error message:

I get this message when accessing and closing my email.
Can anyone help me please. For the past 5 days I can't access my live mail and I keep getting

I have uninstalled/reinstalled several times but the problem persists. Can someone PLEASE help me fix this frustrasting problem?

I am worried about removing my account and reconfiguring as I have tons of folders in the account with all my history. If I remove and reconfigure what happens to my folders?

Been getting this message for a couple of days!
