I cannot use Windows Live Mail any more:
Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (petercosmic) account.
Server Error: 3204
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003
- Turning off firewall / Antivirus did not help
- No stuck Mail in the Outbox
- I reinstalled the latest version
- System restore did not help
- Resetting Internet Explorer settings did not help
- Re-creating the accounts did not help
- I tried Internet Explorer settings (found this in some post):
Clear the Check for server certificate revocation check box.
Select the Use SSL 2.0 check box.
Select the Use SSL 3.0 check box.
Please note that it used to work until a couple of days ago.

Windows Live Mail 2012 was working well but suddenly I get the following errors:
"Unable to send or receive messages for the Outlook (eferg) account.
Header download for the 'Inbox' folder did not complete.
Could not select 'Inbox' on the IMAP server. Try updating the folder list and then try again.
Server Response: Select Command is not permitted in current state (NotAuthenticatedServerError)

Can someone explain the meaning - I have tried rebooting several times but the same error still comes up -
I am not at all computer person at all - but try my best.
I have done everything known to try - downloading a new virus scanner and no problems - HELP PLEASE
