I have a Windows Live Mail account with a Hotmail.com login. When Microsoft was suppose to automatically change to Outlook.com, it didn't make the update to Outlook.com.
How do I get the update to Outlook.com and keep my same login?
Original Title: My storage folders on my hotmail account do not show since I transferred to windows 8 and it only shows sent mail for the last two weeks, neither is there a task bar. Where has everything gone?
I have set up my Windows Live Mail account on my new (Windows 8) computer. This was/is a Hotmail account but I gather it is now Outlook whether I like it or not! I seem to have lost four different task bars i.e. Home, Folders, View, Accounts. And where are the Storage Folders? To make matters worse this new system appears to only hold "Sent" mail for a couple of weeks.
Can I customise all of this and if so how? Please advise.
