I can't log into Family Safety account. My account is: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
I can log in on the website: familysafety.microsoft.com with this account, but when I try to log in from Windows Live Family Safety Filter program window on the computers I want to add, it says:
"Sorry the service isn't available right now. Please try again."
I have no problems logging in to my other family safety account, on the same computers. My other account is: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I have checked the family safety service status, and it's says the service is working. I'm experiencing this problem for the last 10 days and obviously the service is available.
