Performance problem with Widows Live Mail

when ever I view email messages in WLM they take along time to apear in the preview pane. doesnt seem to matter if it is plain text or html or with embeded pictures etc. have tried repairing it through control panel but didn't help at all. have ran avg antivirus, microsoft security essentials, malware bytes antimalware, and spy bot search and destroy nothing was detected. this justb started within the last month. any suggetions?? 

loosing contacts for groups in widows live mail windows 8

This is the same question asked last year on windows 7 I am using windows 8 had to get a new computer. never had this problem with win 7 machine.  Windows Live Mail Groups, my contacts are listed properly. But when I write an email and select a Group to send to, most of the Contacts are not there.

I have removed the Group and re-installed the Group with the contacts several times and after a couple of days or hours they disappear again. I ran registry fix using the Norton tool but does not always fix the problem.  Any Ideas
