Hi,

suddenly I don't see the calendar entries of the next 5 weeks any more via web access to Live calendar (https://bay04.calendar.live.com/calendar/calendar.aspx).

At least all entries between 07-oct-2013 and 10-nov-2013 are gone, and even recurring weekly entries are not visible any more (and maybe also others?).

I'm not using a local Outlook installation, instead mainly the web access, and only sometimes mobile access / sync via Palm Pre smartphone (Live calendar configured there as a hotmail account).
On the smartphone the entries are still visible, but I cannot sync them with Live calendar (i.e. they don't appear again on the web page), and I cannot add new entries via the smartphone (i.e. they don't appear on the web page).

I discovered the problem today (after I had to restart my browser after a crash), but it might already be this way for a few days.

I already tried another browser, and there is the same problem too.

Is there a way to recover the missing entries ???

Best regards,

Martin
3:32 PM EST August 16, 2013, Outlook/Hotmail web-based email is Out again "Not computer related"  "Outlook connectivity problem."  This is NOT a mobile device. Outlook status says "Outlook running normally." Not true. I have had no access or unstable access for three days on desktop PC, hardwired internet. Benn on multiple computers and browers. All messages say "it does NOT having anything to do with my computer."

I was having problems with SkyDrive syncing files between the cloud, my two PCs and my Windows Phone.  Some files synced others didn't.

So I copied all my data off SkyDrive to local storage and then deleted all folders and all files in SkyDrive (using web access).

I now need to copy all that data back to SkyDrive and access it across my devices.  On web access (via https://skydrive.live.com/) I can't see a way of importing lots of folders with their files.  I can only see a single file upload.

So I went to the SkyDrive folder on my PC and copied all the folders & files their (simple drag & drop).  It all appeared to work.  I can see all the folders & files on that PC via windows explorer.

But:

  • When I look on-line (https://skydrive.live.com/) all I get is the folder structure with no files within.  This is not a time issue as I've left it for a few hours - nothing.
  • When I try to see the files via the Metro App it says something like, "Sorry there was a problem.  Please try again later".

I have spent hours reading this forum & other forms of on-line help.  I really need this sorted as I'm going away after the weekend to my University Residential School and my Tablet PC with SkyDrive access (OneNote, etc.) is crucial.

Please help.  Thank you in anticipation.

PS I'm running Windows 8.1 Preview on both my PC & Tablet PC.  I have Windows Phone 7.  I use Office 2013.

Over the last couple of weeks my Hotmail access frequently fails mid session and I'm presented with the message "We can't connect to Outlook at the moment. Please try again later". There are no reported service interruptions and all other web access remains normal. Any idea what's happening?

Original title:

Hotmail access frequently fails mid session

I have multiple email addresses, and am unable to connect to them. I can access them through my web access.

I can get it when I first open Windows Live Mail, I am using POP 3 server.

If I keep Mail open, every few minutes I get a new windows showing indicating some errors occured. I have attempted to repair Windows Live 3 times.

Nothing changes. Any suggestions please before I uninstall and get another message system.

Thank you

Dru
