I switched totally to MS Window 8 in March. I have a W8 phone, desktop, and surface.

I reinstalled my Outlook 2013 on my desktop to see if that would work so I can get my emails, which I did.  However, now I can't get onto the "server." My people and calendar and tasks are empty.  This is from my desktop.

Outlook.com is working fine.

My W8 phone's email is not working like everyone else's.

My Surface Pro which has Outlook 2013 on the desktop can't send/received emails as "a network connection could not be established." Yes, my working offline is off.  The email service from outlook.com to any of the Outlook 2013 are not syncing correctly and haven't for 2 days.

Help please.

W8. In order to make my computer trusted I had the help of a tech support of MS gentleman. There was a problem with the password. I got my computer to be trusted under {removed} my old account was {removed}. When I try to enter in the new e-mail  e-mail account however it takes me to the old address. It prompts me   to enter a password for the old account. I enter the password I had for that account and it does not works.n, therefore I can not access my new e=mail. I have been trying to get help from Microsoft  and I have being in 5 different  departments and they keep sending me to another department until the last one told me that they do not have support for Hotmail and they told me that may account is free and therefore...? It is a Catch 22 situation. I think I am going to throw W8 away and go back to W7. I am  very frustrated.
