Cannot get Windows Live Mail (in Windows 7) to look the way I want (VIEW FUNCTION)

I started playing around with the VIEW option in Windows Live Mail and now I can't get it back to the default - the way it looked before.  I have tried all the functions , turned them on and off and still nothing.

 

Anyone have any ideas?
