In my movie maker project I have title screens first, then video clips, then more title screens at the end.  I added music to the beginning, fading it out for the video clips.  Then I added music again at the end of the project, and this automatically lowers the volume of all the video clips.  I have the slide volume almost all the way to the "video" side and it doesn't affect it at all.  I lowered the audio on the music clip only and still no result.  As soon as I remove the music clip from the end of the project the video volume does go back to the original level. But I would really like to have the music at the beginning and the end without it reducing my video clip volume!

Also, when I publish the movie to a CD, the entire audio output is a single channel output, so when I played it over a larger system sound only came out of the front speakers and nothing out of the back speakers.

Any suggestions?

I cannot click the Windows Movie Maker  video volume in Edit. The button is there, but I can't click it, it is 'greyed' out As a a result, when I play my audio back, it is really quite, how can I turn it up?

My end movie is over an hour long.  In the construction of it the sound worked fine.  I would preview it while the rest of the videos were downloading and once I had all the videos in the window that I wanted, in the order I wanted them I walked away as it was going to be a while before it was ready to even save or publish.  When I came back to check on it, it was done downloading but there was no sound.  I checked all the systems and they are on.  I did turn off the screen to save power but that shouldn't matter should it?  In the edit tab the video volume is set to high and nothing else was done to the video while I was away, at least not that I was aware of.  Any ideas what's going on? I took me a good hour and a half to get this video together I don't want to have to do it again! THanks!
