Stopped getting e-mails from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** Has Hotmail catagorised SWAN as spam? what can be done to get their e-mails again?

I am member of an online club named as swangames.com. When we register for a tournament, swangames.com sends us an e-mail confirming registration for the tournament. THis confirmation is sent from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** I used to get this confirmation regularly, but for the last few days, I don't get these confirmatory e-mails. When I complained with swan administartion, they told that, they are sending e-mails. I have placed removed PII in safe senders list in hotmail. Still the situation continues. Can hotmail advise me how to overcome this problem? It was suggested by swan administration to check with Hotmail admn if removed PII has been catagorised by them as spam due to which I may not be getting their e-mails. Can Hotmail advise me how to overcome this problem?
