Question about Outlook Express

Since the update 14.2.3 Outlook doesn't care about the Standard account settings for the email. I use three email account on my Outlook and when I create a new email Outlook randomly select an email account. It's very annoying because I have to check every email sending to my clients. In the previous update 14.2.2 the standard account was selected according my settings.
