How can I retrieve a deleted mail in Hotmail even after emptying my Deleted items folder?

Hi,

I have accidentally deleted one of the important mails I received from my Hotmail Inbox. Later I emptied the Deleted items folder as well. Please tell me how can I recover that deleted mail?
