Starting approximately Sept. 1, 2012, I began having difficulty signing into Hotmail. After logging in, the screen partially loads with irregular and incomplete formatting....some text is garbled. Also the left side bar is showing up in blue text,
isntead of black. After numerous re-load attempts, I sometime am able to get to my email, but most of the time the page just freezes after the failed sign-in. Please help.
Due to typing errors, the names of two non-existing accounts got entered on the Hotmail Sign in page. I have ben unable to delete them
