I have a Logitech Ultrathin bluetooth keyboard connected to my iPad 4. I am creating/modifying Word documents within Microsoft SkyDrive's Word Web App. When I have "caps lock" ON it acts like CTRL+. For example, with caps lock on and I then type the "R" key it assumes I have selected "CTRL+R" and aligns the text to the right side of the page. I have checked all the shortcut keys within MS's Word Web app within SkyDrive and all the shortcuts are triggered by having the caps lock on and just hitting the respective lettered key on the keyboard. Also when I have the caps lock OFF the CTRL key does not work eg 'CTRL+R' does not re-align the text to the right as it should. None of the he shortcuts work using the CTRL key when the caps lock is OFF. It appears that the caps lock and CTRL keys are not functioning correctly.

I have had the issue tested at Apple with a different iPad and also another keyboard and the issue still occurs. I have been in contact with Logitech support and they say that the functrionality/settings of the keyboard keys is set by the Skydrive application.

I have tried creating documents in Gmails Drive and their shortcut keys don not work on this KB as well. So I am thinking it is an application driven issue. Would this be correct?

I have none of these problems using Skydrive on my PC.

thanks
