HAVE TRIED TO REINSTALL EMAIL ACCOUNT ALSO

hI I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO SEND EMAILS ON MY IPHONE TRIED SECONDARY PASSOWRD, NOTHIGNIS WORKING.
Gmail is unable to login via SMTP to send emails. (Trying to SEND emails from GMAIL)
When setting up Outgoing (SMTP) Server, I am using the following information:
• Server address: smtp.live.com
• Port: 25 (or 587 if 25 is blocked)
• Authentication: Yes
• TLS or SSL Secure Encrypted Connection: Yes
getting this response: Authentication failed. Please check your username/password.
[Server response: 535 5.2.1 Login to your account via a web browser to verify your account. code(535) ] TODAY I JUST CANNOT SEND EMAILS. WHEN I CLICK IN "NEW", THE WINDOW DOES NOT OPEN. DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON? THANKS.
