Outlook in Windows 8 has stopped displaying the body of newsletter emails and it does not give me an option to display the content. It only allows me to unsubscribe or clean-up newsletter emails. What settings have to be changed to stop this systematic downgrade of newsletters? This issue started with one newsletter and then slowing affected other newsletters over time. Here is an example of what is now displayed on most newsletters.

Too many newsletters? You can unsubscribe or better yet, schedule automatic cleanup.
  • Schedule Cleanup shows on new mail but it is not in Manage Rules (I do not have any rules set up). I have just converted to Outlook /Hotmail and I don't want to have any emails deleted. Since I have not set up Schedule Clean up or any Rules for new messages, does this mean the "clean up" won't happen?

    Thanks

On my hotmail sign-in page is what I guess is somewhat of an add telling me to schedule a cleanup and would I like to know how. It has a big clock with an arrow pointing to a file. I'm sick of looking at it.
