I am unable to use the Admin Center for my domain account. I am blocked from being able to do anything with the account like add new domain users. Clicking the Support link sends me somewhere nothing to do with domains. I hear from support on another thread that I need my registered domain released (I guess I was an Office Small Business account?). I just want to be able to access my domain so I can add another user.

I have a registered domain.

Yesterday I successfully created an email domain via domains.live.com

I was able to set up the admin account and added a second account.

I was able to get the emails etc going.


Today I cam back and wanted to add extra email accounts, but on logging into domains.live.com it took me no where.

The only option I had was to recreate what I did.

Hoping that if I restarted that process it would jump  out and say its already done,here add more accounts here or similar.


But alas it did say that the domain was set up but scrubbed it then and said I had to redo the MX record etc.

(a) How should I have added the extra email accounts?

(b) Can I resurrect my settings without redoing things?

I have an existing, registered domain that I need to add user accounts to.  I have searched the forums and have found MANY other posts with the same problem but NOT A SINGLE POST actually says what the solution is.  For the love of God, please, please, please, tell me how to add users to an existing domains.live.com account.

I am logged into the domains.live.com website using the email address / PW I used to set up the account.  There is no option on the page to manage a domain and there is no option anywhere to add a user.  Very frustrated - please help!
Has anyone had any luck with finding out usage statistics for SkyDrive accounts under a registered live@edu domain? All I want to know is how many people are currently using SkyDrive under my registered domain, so I can know how many people need to be notified for the switch to Office365.

I thought that would be a simple question to answer but I have not had any luck with customer support.
