my mother passed away last year and her husband has deleted the majority of her emails to help hide proof of her estate, i am trying to sort her estate out but without these emails as proof i am stuck, he has cleverly erased what he can :( and on top there is a lot of personal emails from myself and my kids to my mum which have also been deleted which would be nice to have back. So is there any way to bring back emails for the last year, do i need police intervention? many thanks
