Hi,
I have observed that email from my personal domain is labeled spam on hotmail/outlook.com.

I have tested this: An email from my gmail account
subject: test, message: text
goes directly to my inbox.

An email from <xyz>@matthiaskauer.com (I am testing  with me@, but I suppose it's only related to the domain) even with slightly more elaborate text does not.
Neither does a text from my other domain zuez.org.

Is there anything I can do about this, because obviously I'd like to end up in other people's inbox when I'm writing them a legitimate email.

Best,
Matthias
I have changed the MX record on my own domain to have email delivered direct to my custom domain set up in Live Domains. This works fine and email to my own domain is sent straight to my outlook.com mailbox. If I was to change the MX record on another personal domain to the same MX as on my custom domain and create an alias in my email account to match a user on the second domain would email sent to the second domian make it through to my inbox as their is an alias set up or would it be rejected because the MX record is only for the domain set up in custom domains?
Does anyone know how long messages are retained on Outlook.com?  My email is at a personal domain, if that makes a difference.  I download messages to Office Outlook.  How long are messages retained in Office Outlook?
I am trying to setup Outlook email for my personal domain.  When I go to the Windows Live Admin Center and enter my domain, mccumsey.com, I get:

"This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case."

The domain name is my last name and is registered and parked at GoDaddy.  I just want to setup up Outlook email with the domain.

Thanks,
Scott McCumsey

Hi,

I registered my personal domain in Outlook.com and changed the MX records in my registrar (godaddy) 5 days ago, but it is still showing pending DNS configuration at Outlook.

I am able to create an email account and send email, but I am unable to receive emails. Please help.

I'm trying to setup email for a personal domain: www.charlotteandgregg.com

And I am getting the following message: This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language.

Can you please unlock this domain so I can move forward?

Thanks!

Stephen
