I´d like to open one attachment (pccoach.exe), but hotmail has blocked that attachment.

Hotmail has blocked one attachment I´ve got by e-mail. It is "pccoach.exe" and it´s safe . It is the program I have restored from my other computer andI need it for my running training ( Polar Coach Elite/ SonicLink ).
