This time it is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. The only thing left associated with this account is Club Nintendo. After trying to access
*** Email address is removed for privacy ***, for a password recovery, it said it was blocked. When I made the e-mail, I was young (and stupid) and set a recovery e-mail which I closed through g-mail. The form I need to fill out has info I don't remember. Like my mums old debit card details
and so on. Could someone please un-block this. I have been on and off the phone and filled out countless sheets to no avail.

A long time ago I created an email account. My password somehow got switched and now I cant log into my email. I've tried doing the password recovery but i can never get enough information needed to switch my password. I can't remember anything i put because
like I said, it was a really long time ago. I really need my email back so i can use it for school and xbox live. Is there any other way i can get back my account?
So I'm trying to access an old hotmail account I admittedly haven't used in a while only for the password recovery thing to say it doesn't exist.
So I tried re-creating it, and that process told me the account does exist?
I would highly appreciate an answer, I'm scared I may have sent a password recovery email to an email address I seem to have no access to.

My ex girlfriend has blocked me out of my account, she has set the emails for password recovery to hers and her phone number. The security info i used to use to get in wont work anymore as she must have changed it all in my account. I have tried to contact microsoft a million times but i cant find anything at all.
I really need help because she could be sending emails from me!!
If you can help and she has changed the info and cant verify its me i am in the Isle of Man and she has gone back to England so will be accessing my account from there can you please do something to stop this girl doing anymore damage please?

Also i have filled out another form and because i am having to use my mums email address because i cant get into mine when i try and look at the link for the support site i get the message -

I use the a custom domain for Outlook.com mail and I lost my notes that told me the admin email address after a local server crash on my end. I was wondering if you could force a password recovery for the administration account that maintains superiorroofinginc.com.
My email address is the backup email address for the account, so I will receive the password confirmation link. Also, I hope that confirmation email will include the original email address so I will know which account I'm logging into.
ok so i got a reply from my previous question, that told me to do the same thing that has been giving me issues but now i get to where you give a contact email click "next" and get this

I have been trying to recover my hotmail account, and have been sent to the "recover password" link more times than i care to count, every time it gives me the questionaire and i get it filled out, no problems, then i submit it... aaaaaand i get the "we're

customer support they sent me back to the SAME LINK THAT I TOLD THEM WAS NOT WORKING. Please someone give me some help or give me a person to talk to instead of an automated jacked up system.

i received an email on my alternate email that my someone have changed my outlook.com password.
I have not login to that account for many months. And it was only used for some game account. I tried to do a password recovery and the email was something *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Even the phone number for one time code have been changed. The secret question have alos been changed.
I don't usually login to this account, so chances of a keylogger is minute. I believe this have been hacked into Microsoft domain.
The process of anwering the questionaire doesn't help, as I can't provide the information required. Microsoft deemed the info provided is insufficient.
As of now, I can't even try the questionaire again. It says service not available. I understand Microsoft have been experienced some Outlook.com issue with their servers. Can anything be done ?

Been told repeatedly by my smartphone that my sign in to my live.co.uk account failed. Finally find out that this Is due to my entering password wrong, even though on my phone I dont need to! Tried password recovery TWICE. Both times there is an error.
Finally did the form and got a response stating thst I didnt supply enough evidence to verify that the email account was mine. As this is my secondary account for use with ebay and paypal I couldnt provide further evidence requested as I dont send emails from
the account. I just receive them. So where do I go from here. Seriously considering closing my sccounts down as hotmail/live are rubbish and there is no proper help available.
