Question about Outlook Express

The 1st problem, when I tried to sign in to my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (the page show : the email does not exist),

then it asked me to make a new one with the same name(*** Email address is removed for privacy ***), I have entered every thing then (verify phone no.)

I went to instagram and I make reset your password email againe , I received nothing then I used all the ways in(http://answers.microsoft.com) but non worked.

I tried to (reset your password) again for lots of times but I received nothing, and I sent emails to my self (it work/to check if the email works),

but steel cannot receive password rest email.
