Space Limit for each mail account under a domain transferred in outlook domains.

Greetings people,

I'm using the fabulous outlook domains function for a while now and I'm quite satisfied! It is easy, safe, and much more, but the most important it's free and quite spacious (please, never change the free part!)! I was wondering though, how much space does each individual account have, under a domain who's been tranferred to outlook.com. I mean I know that each outlook mail account has a 5GB storage, which may be slowly grown if the user seems to use and need it, but does this apply to each mail account under a domain, or does the whole domain have 5GBs, which are shared by all the mail accounts it includes?

Moreover, not so important but I gotta ask, if there's a way to avoid those blockings that some times occur in my accounts, I suppose because I have many POP3 clients requesting the mail (in desktop pc, android phones etc) but I've made the phone verification several times and still it doesn't seem to certify them as trusted... Can I do something about that?

Thank you very much!

128-bit encryption?

14. November 2013 · Write a comment · Categories: Uncategorized · Tags: 128-bit encryption, outlook mail account
I recently logged into my Outlook mail account. When I first bring up the page (in Chrome), the website says the encryption is fine and has been verified, etc. After I log in, the little symbol in the address bar changes and says that while the website uses 128-bit encryption and my connection is such, the website contains other resources that are not secure. This did not happen before, so I am a bit concerned. I currently have the latest version of Chrome. When I check on IE, things seem fine, but now I am worried. Is there a way for me to get the actual Outlook page (with all my mail) to be securely encrypted like the login page?

Outlook Mail

Although my Outlook mail is empty including all folders, I cannot receive any mail to my Outlook mail account.  At first I got this email.

It looks like your account is growing really fast.

Outlook.com storage is designed to grow at a rate that serves the needs of the vast majority of our customers. Once in a while, a customer's storage needs grow faster than expected. We've provisioned additional storage for your account, but you might want to delete some of your old mail.

Here are a few suggestions to help you manage your account:

  1. Sweep your inbox clean. You can delete all messages from unwanted senders in a few clicks. Learn how.
  2. Let Outlook.com manage your Newsletters. Schedule automatic cleanups with Sweep so you only keep the latest deals or newsletters. Learn how.
  3. Make the rules work for you. You can set up your Outlook.com account to automatically delete unwanted email. Click Options, click More Options, and then click Rules for Sorting New Messages.
  4. Unsubscribe or mark unwanted mail as Junk. You can find Unsubscribe links within some of the Newsletters you receive. If you can't find them, mark the mail as Junk and Outlook.com will begin filtering such mails to the Junk Folder.
  5. Create an Archive on your Hard Drive. Set up a folder on your PC hard drive where you can save large attachments. Then delete them from your inbox.
  6. Store your data on SkyDrive. Save large attachments to SkyDrive, then delete them from your inbox. Learn about SkyDrive.

Sincerely,

The Outlook.com Team

Now I simply get this message when I sent to the Outlook mail account when I send a blank email with "test" in the subject line.

What's wrong?

Having a primary alias, but having emails received from Yahoo Groups & sent only to a secondary alias – I’m uncertain if I’ve stated this correctly

I'm new to Outlook. I have a Yahoo mail account (inactive) and a Juno account (active). I want to join some Yahoo Group, which send out numerous emails on daily basis. I don't want those emails received by my Juno account. I want them only receive into my Yahoo mail account, which I'd like directed or mirrored into my Outlook mail account. So, I want to end up with my Juno mail received unchanged; and I want my Yahoo account to receive the various Groups transmissions only; and I want the Outlook account to mirror all emails received into both the Juno account and the Yahoo mail account. Also, if possible, I'd like all emails sent from the Outlook mail account to be reflected in the Juno Sent section. Is this all doable? If yes, advise or direct me to an article explaining this in as simple terms as possible - I'm not tech savvy.

I reset my iPhone. My Outlook mail account had all my subfolders visible on my iPhone. So I deleted them not realizing they would be deleted instantly from my account. I just wanted them not visible from my phone. Is there anyway to get them back?
