I`ve been experiencing problems with my outlook account. Today is the second time when I see the same error in my account after logging in. It shows either an `old-looking beta version` of the account (absolutely useless), or everything seems fine except
the only option at the top of my screen is `New` and when I click on my emails nothing happens. There is no delete option or any other options except for new emails but that doesn`t work either. It seems as if it was frozen. I can sign in and sign out, that`s
all. I`ve tried different browsers and computers but no difference. The online service check says that everything works fine. Thank you for your help,

I put a picture on my outlook account but when I send email to people, no picture appears. How do I get my picture on an outgoing email?
Hi, my hotmail/outlook account has been blocked 4 days ago.
I have followed the recovery procedure (the recovery email address was not valid anymore) and was told by email that I would get contacted in max 24h.
It has been 4 days now, and this happened just after I had sent an email to raise money for a charity to support children with cancer, so I can't even read emails with donation pledges, this is really really annoying.
What can I do to get a reply and get my account back?
Microsoft France/Switzerland send me back to that same procedure I did with no reply.
I feel like my personal data has been kidnapped.
I had to create a new outlook account to be able to post here.

The first one I recieed was a notification of a new trusted email address being added, since then I have recieved 5 password reset request emails for this persons account.
I think the confusion has come from the mailing address for this other person is very similar to my own.
If someone form Microsoft could get in touch with me I would appreciate it as I believe this person may be locked out of their account and trying to regain access.
(The alternative being that someone is up to no good and trying to hijack the account)
Hope you can help me/this unfortunate person.

Since July 27, whenever I try to sign into my Hotmail account, I get a message saying my account doesn't exist. When I request a password reset or a one time sign in code, my three alternate e-mail addresses and phone number are displayed. I receive a sign in code, but they do not work.
I was able to get an outlook account with the same user name, but none of my e-mail or folders showed up in this new account. I tried to add my Hotmail account as an alias for this account, but that did not work.
This is my primary e-mail account and I need to get back everything that is in this account.
My folders attached to my outlook account have vanished and the mail within them - I have not deleted them, they have vanished
I have only the basic folders left
how do I get them back ? this is very important ?
Been using Hotmail for years and I have three Hotmail accounts (a main account and two 'extra' accounts) and until recently used the linked accounts feature to bring them together which has now been withdrawn 'for account security reasons' - whatever
that means.
Trouble is when I try to add the two extra accounts to my main hotmail account to read all my email in one place I get a message saying "It looks like you're trying to add another Outlook account. Try linking your Outlook
accounts together to make switching between them fast and easy. " - the very feature which no longer exists - and get redirected to a page that says "Manage linked accounts: The page is unavailable or no longer exists".
Is this going to be fixed? How do we get around the "try linking accounts" nonsense that no longer even works?
I can't understand why MS would change features and leave stubs to the defunct features? Really frustrating.
I show an alias as a send only alias that I didn't create from a crazy ex girlfriend. How did this get into my Brand New outlook.com account? I have gone through all the possible steps for getting rid of this but it doesn't show up in the editable alias list. It says it is a send only alias gives it to me as an option in my "From" addresses says that people MAY see this as "On behalf of *** Email address is removed for privacy ***" but this is a brand new address on a brand new windows 8 computer. How did this get there and how can I reset the entire account back to nothing?

I can get into my personal outlook program from my MSN home page ----- but cannot open email, delete email. I can access the folders but no actions can be performed. I have 2 email accounts based on my previous Hotmail account. I have the same issues in both accounts. I have an outlook account through my employment on which I have NO ISSUES.
Help, this is driving me nuts.
