I set up an outlook account with office 365 but I messed up and need to get rid of the email. When I try to pull up the email, the thing displays an error message and closes.
I set up my outlook account twice under the same email. This created two accounts The primary @yahoo.com and a secondary @yahoo.com (1). I tried to delete both of them and start over again but that just messed everything up. How do I just get one account
without uninstalling MS Office?
I have two accounts. One is my windows live ID (main) and an outlook that I created for professional and school reasons. I want to delete my outlook account and add it as a secondary alias on my main live ID (which i also access through outlook). Is this
possible, or will I not be able to use my outlook account as a secondary alias because I deleted it? I really don't wanna lose the ability toy use my first and last name as an email address.
My hotmail email account (of 15 years or so) seems to have become an Outlook account, and in the process appears to have erased all my previously saved (important) emails from my inbox. I don't have any rules enabled for sorting new messages,
I have selected the option to show messages individually rather than by group, and can't see any other reason for the disappearance of my data.
Please advise how this can be restored urgently.

When I log into my outlook (which I've had for years since it was hotmail, they say they need to confirm that I can receive a security code by phone to verify my account. My home # is listed so I clicked SEND but never got the code, Tried again - same
result. Can you only get the code via text to a cell phone? I don't have a cell phone. I can still access my outlook account by ckicking "SKIP", but it appears my acct. will be locked in three days - UGH.
What to do?
hello, could any1 pliz help me hea. Much appreciated in advance, my hotmail account which now is an outlook account is askin for code nd its bein sent to an e.mail account to which i dont have access anymore, microsoft account recovery didnt help either.

Two days ago, I tried multiple times to log onto my email address through outlook. I kept getting an error that read:
"This account does not have an Outlook Web App mailbox"
Six or seven hours later, I tried logging in again and it worked. Apparently, my account had been "upgraded" to an Outlook account or something (I'm still really confused about what happened). I did not give anyone permission or request this upgrade, first
of all.
So, it let me sign in and I see that not only have I been "upgraded", but my entire inbox has been cleared. Four years worth of emails are completely gone. Now, two days later, I've noticed that I'm not receiving any emails. Usually I get around 25-75
emails per day, but I have not gotten a single one since this "upgrade". Yesterday, I sent myself an email from my gmail account and the email still has not come through, proving that they aren't coming through.
So as you can see, I'm having a lot of problems.
Is there anyway to get my old email account back?
Is there anyway to get my old emails back?
Is there anyway to fix my account so I will receive new emails?

Hi...I have been trying to close my Add-free Outlook account for weeks and finally ran out of time so there has been automatic renewal. Every time I think I have made progress there is a new obstacle put in the way. I am sure there are many others with
the same problem - can anyone help?
I let my husband use my tablet to sign into his Outlook account. Now every time I want to sign in to my Outlook account I have to back his email address and password out to enter mine. How do I get him off my sign in page?
I have been getting warnings about needing a code that Outlook sends to one of our other personal e-mail accounts as a security measure. However, that code has not been sent to the other e-mail account - we checked junk/trash/etc. - and today we have
a message that we won't be able to access our Outlook account without those codes - any ideas?
