I opened a Windows Live mail account for business use and my personal contacts merged accross from my Outlook account. I want to keep them separate. If I now delete the personal contacts from my business email account, and vice versa will I lose them
from both accounts?

Hi,
I am trying to create an outlook account with my domain, trustmytribe.com, and keep getting this error message
This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if
you feel this is not the case.
There shouldn't be anything wrong with this name. How can I create an outlook account for my domain?
Thanks,
Patrick
I am trying to close my Hotmail account. When I go to Account settings, close account, type in my password, it says "
You need to deactivate your Hotmail
account. Once you've done that, your Microsoft account will be closed automatically after a period of inactivity". When I click the deactivate link, it then tells me "To close your Outlook
account, you must first cancel your billing service. Go to Microsoft Account and Billing Services at https://billing.microsoft.com." There is no option on this
page to cancel billing and when I click the Help link it keeps taking me to Xbox help. Please assist me with closing my hotmail account, thanks Hi, my name is Cathleen. I have an Outlook account with Microsoft. I have had it since late 2004, and been very, very happy with it. It used to be a Hotmail account. My inbox has every e-mail that I have sent since October 22nd of 2007. I sent an e-mail
between August 23rd and September 30th of 2007 that I now wish that I had saved to my Drafts. Is there some way to go back further than October 22nd of 2007 and retrieve it? Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
I am trying to delete my hotmail account but "To close your Outlook account, you must first cancel your billing service. Go to Microsoft Account and Billing Services" shows up every time. I don't have any services so how do I deactivate it?
A couple of weeks ago I set up two step verification on my outlook account and used my gmail account and mobile number as a way to receive codes.
My mobile has become problematic and I performed a hard reset. Upon setting up the phone again and setting up my email accounts I was asked for my passwords but am not able to remember. I requested a code be text to my phone which I received and upon entering
this code and new password into outlook the screen reloaded and when I tried to sign in with my new password it required I receive another code but the only other option other than receiving text is email to my gmail account to which I have forgotten the password
and cant reset this because the back up email on that is the outlook account I need help with and It wont allow a call to my mobile with the code as I have already used my mobile to receive the first step via text. So in short I am unable to access either
account without the other and am at a lose.
Hi all
This is quite clearly a topic that has been discussed endlessly. I find it ridiculous that Microsoft support can't arrange for clients to gain access to accounts that their own company designed. Be that as it may, I'm getting the same message as everyone else
about being signed in to Office365 (I don't even have an Office365 account, nor does my organisation).
The account in question is a university account and it is extremely important that I get access to it as soon as possible. I have tried all of the fixes recommended, from clearing caches, using incognito mode, installing a new browser and everything inbetween. Needless to say, I've had no luck with any of them. I have also tried linking
my Outlook account to my Gmail but obviously a confirmation email is sent to the Outlook account so that doesn't work.
As I have said in the subject line, my university account does not end in .edu - instead it ends in .ac.za
Microsoft support: this is an urgent matter as it will affect my studies and assignment submission so autogenerated 'we're looking into the issue' messages are of no use to anyone. Please assist me in fixing the account so I can move to the relative safety
of a Gmail account.
Kind regards,
Jay
I have changed the MX records for myworldofwinning.com to prove domain ownership from my outlook account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, but outlook refuses to read these MX record changes and my account isn't getting activated, please advise how to go about rectifying this
situation. Is it because I got the domain unlocked that this problem is occurring.
I have live.com domain that owned by my outlook account, and i want to transfer that domain ownership to another outlook account. Can i do that? how?
Thank you
