When I tried to purchase Online service age verification for my minor kid, I got an error and I was told to retry. 
Re-tried couple of times. I got email confirmation that my credit card has been charged thrice !

1. How do I get a refund ? 
2. The age verification is still not successful. I can't access the my child's new account yet. It takes me back to the credit card payment page. 

Please suggest.
