Hi,

I have a problem with random files i created with Office 2013 in my SkyDrive.

I have two computers both with office 2013 and skydrive and randomly files appear that are marked as "The office file needs your attention".

When i open these files sometimes Office says i have to decide between two versions (that's stupid but understandable) but sometimes just nothing appears and i don't know how to solve the problem.

I have several users on a Office Small Business subscription and one of them ran into problems in Outlook that could not be solved. As a result, I moved him to a different machine. The new machine already had Office installed, but was licensed to one of my other users. When I installed  my current user's mailbox, all of his outbound emails carry the licensed name of the previous user even though they show the correct email address and refer to the right exchange mailbox. I have tried uninstalling Office and removing the application reference files in the library and reinstalling using the correct user's Office 365 credentials, but it did not replace the licensed user name and still shows the wrong license name every time it opens and each time an email is sent. Any ideas on how I can solve this? I need this user's name to reflect on the license. Does anyone know if there is a way for MS to clear the license activation on that machine so I can make sure it is tied to the right user?
How can I view/edit e-mails in Ward program, not in Office 365. I was asked in which program I would like to view e-mail - -n Microsoft Ward or Office. I accidentally choosed Office, thinking that is embedded, and now on it always prompt me to Office 365, pushing me to buy or try it
I have 13 licenses of Office Home and Business. I will create 3 MS Accounts for installation. After an year- PCs with Office will be transfered to different employees of the same company. What about skydrive? Can we create new skydrive space or something similar.
I have recently received the "You are currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com" error message.  I tried the steps listed in the pinned discussion, which did not help me.  The first time I logged in to Office 365 everything was fine.  I could not log in the next day.  Now every time I try to log in to Office 365 I have to use the "audio" captcha because the text method is broken (always says you entered the wrong characters). When I enter the audio characters and click "Sign In" the page is redirected to outlook.com (which is where I encountered the first error message).  This email was issued as a .edu email through a college of which I am an alumni of.  I did not receive any change notifications from the college nor Microsoft.  Please help, this is my primary email address that has been non-accessible for weeks.

Hi

I have an IMac running snow leopard and outlook 2011 for Mac.

Since Microsoft changed from Hotmail I cannot get my outlook  2011 to sync with my live account.

So I purchased an office 365 home premium account, still no luck.

If I use pop3 (which I thought went out with the ark) it does no bring back my folders only my Inbox.

If I use Microsoft outlook for a web browser, all works well.  All of my folders are there.

If I use outlook 2013 on a surface pro running windows 8.1 then all of my folders are there.

However, I notice that the connection is an "exchange active sync" whereas all my other accounts (office 365 E1) are exchange server accounts.

When I try and use outlook 2011 for Mac outlook goes into a loop re-directing me to HTTPS:// autodiscover.Hotmail.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml

And outlook never completes the connection.

Anybody any ideas ?

Thanks

Nigel

I'm planning to buy a new Mac Book Air. I would be using both OS X and Windows 8 using boot camp. I currently own an OFFICE 2010 (windows) and plan to buy OFFICE 2011 (mac). I want to know if I can use the same PST file for both outlooks? I want to be able to open either operating system and use MICROSOFT OUTLOOK from the same PST file. My idea is to be able to check emails and reply and at the same time read old emails using any operating system.
