How I syncronize my mailbox (web based Outlook) with my mobile phone (Nokia 808 Pure View)?

Hello,

 

i just got a Nokia 808 PureView and I have a problem. If i delete a message on the phone, it will still be on the web based account and vice-versa. How can I syncronize this so that, no matter on which device I delete a message, I delete it everywhere?
