hi i'm using win7 and i can't save movie clip in movie maker unless remove and saying error 0x80004003 additional info this video is coming from sony dcr - sr68e handy camcorder but my sony digicam is accepted in movie maker what seems to be the problem?

my old laptop a dell running windows xp crashed and I was able to save off my old digital movie clips from my old pc and restore them on my new pc running windows 8
When I open the movie clips in window media player or movie maker I can hear the audio put the video image is not there.
How can I fix this?
