How can I sent set up a read receipt for an email I need to send through hotmail??? It used to be SO easy...

 

What happeneed to the easy of when these awesome new technologies first started coming out?????

 

This is extremely important as I have to get it to my amazing husband who is proud to be a CAPTAIN in the US Army and our 3 1/3 year old daughter first thing this morningand I SO need a read receipt so I know they got it! Please HELP! God Bless You!
