My SkyDrive account was wrongfully suspended due to a supposed COC violation, but then it was found that I didn't violate the COC, although all files I had on my Skydrive are gone!!! I had contacted Microsoft through a form after I tried to login to my SkyDrive then got the warning message that my account was suspended. I submitted the form with all needed information then got a reply, which follows...
Hello,
We have received a recent request to reactivate your account, however, when we checked we noticed that your account does not appear to be closed. We have also reexamined the content and have determined that the files are not in violation of the Microsoft COC
or TOU. If you are still unable to access the account there may be a technical issue with it. You can contact the technical support team at http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us
Sincerely,
Johnette

My case number is... 1213370321.
I tried checking the recycle bin on SkyDrive, nothing there. I tried all routes I found in forums, through customer service, chat, etc...
I just want my files back, even though I think because Microsoft screwed up, they deleted my files before even following through with their own terms of use!!! Plus, I never even got a warning that I might have files on my SkyDrive that might violate the COC!!! So, as of right now I am very very upset with Microsoft services, and the sad thing is I just bought a brand new Windows 8 laptop, and tried to download my files from SkyDrive to my new laptop, and I can't because they are gone and I'm sure I'll never see them again, or I'll see some floating around on the net!!
I just want to know if there is ANY possible way to find or retrieve my files??!! Any legitimate and usable help will be greatly appreciated, please no repeats of info I have stated in my post that I already tried. I am very upset and frustrated due to this situation, so any one on one or personal replies, please bare with me!! There were some very sensitive documents and pics in there, where I thought they would be safe, but I guess no cloud service is safe or even effective! And you know it's a bad sign that it's not a good thing to store anything in "the cloud", when even Microsoft has no support for it!!!!

HI,
Yesterday I went to check my emails like I do everyday and it wouldn't load on my phone. I tried logging in on the internet and a error came up:
"It looks like someone else might be using your account
to help you - and only you - get back into *email address*, we need you to verify its your"
Next,
"How do you want to receive your security code?"
*email address*
I cant verify my account
So because the only options I had was the email address that had been hacked I had to choose I cant verify account.
This then popped up with
"You can still get back into your account by filling out a questionnaire. We'll get back to you within 24 hours (typically sooner). Go to *link*
Once clicked on the link it shows the email I am trying to recover and a secondary email for me to enter so I can keep in contact with Microsoft.
this then took me to a questionnaire asking me things such as
Name
D.O.B
Postal Code
Security Question
Email Subjects
Folder Names
Last Sent Emails
Xbox Live Card Details
I filled this out a couple of times as I couldn't seem to get it right.
This morning I had an email announcing that:
"unfortunately, we were unable to verify your ownership using information provided. Microsoft takes security and privacy of our customers very seriously,. We are committed to protecting your persona information, and our careful account recovery process is intended to protect your from any possible malicious activity."
"Whats next create a new account"
Hold up I cant retrieve any of my emails or contacts? I have some very important things in that email address and it is linked to everything I do on the internet I need to be able to retrieve it. Its annoying as I set it up 10 years ago and cant remember the security answer I was a teenager, I don't often send emails out of the account.
PLEASE if anyone knows any ways I can get back into my account I would be more than greatful.
And Microsoft try questions like recently received emails and contacts nicknames as I know these bits,
There does not seem to be an option to cancel my subscription to outlook.com and cancel my recent payment.
Only option is to request Microsoft to call me back. However when I try to input my UK phone number, it insists changing
the telephone country code to +972 which is Israel. but I have not lived in Israel for over 10 years not and don't have a phone
number there, but cannot update this on my account.
Microsoft customer service please change my country from Israel to UK (see the card details are UK too) and please cancel
my subscription to outlook.exe and cancel my last payment as it's not been 30 days yet.
Thanks

Years ago I helped my loving old Mum set up her Hotmail account and once while visiting her down south I helped with a phone support with Microsoft she used to get phone support because she pays $14.95 a month for email and support.
Now she tells me that she has Outlook, no choice. Okay. Yesterday I got two emails from Microsoft saying I needed to go to a link and enter a security code. I called my old Mum, she's 78 years old and is having fits learning Outlook. Mum said she got warning messages but everything is working. BUT she got this message from her Outlook account today that said in 4 days your going to be closed out of your account.
Her credit card is still being charged every month, is there phone support? Can anyone offer help on what to do to fix her account before the days run out? Help my Mum please
She lives in Florida I live in Philadelphia,
