HELP!!! Outlook account blocked! need access to important emails!

Microsoft has blocked my primary email account.

I have submitted the form to prove I am who I say I am FOUR times and each time I have received an automated response stating that my forms were not acceptable. I don't understand what more I can possibly do.

I need access to my account ASAP as I received a very important email yesterday that I have been unable to read because I cannot get access.

Sorry there seems to be a problem with Outlook at the moment... I immediately changed passwords having had a problem before but to no avail. Can anybody help me remove this block please, I have very little knowledge of computers, but my email is very important to me. Thank you in anticipation.

Adding child account – adult verification keeps failing

I'm trying to allow my son's email account - the "verify you're an adult" stage keeps failing with the message:

Verify that you're an adult

When you verify your age with a credit card, Microsoft charges the card a one-time fee of $0.50 (50 cents), and a portion of the fee is donated to charity.

Previously am using windows8.On which I logged in on system using my Microsoft account.But due to some reason I formatted my PC without signing out my account.
And right now I am unable to get logged in my system using my Microsoft account.

Hi

I have an hotmail account from 2-3 years ago which i haven't used since then, i believe Microsoft delete accounts like these. Seeing since there isnt a uk customer support number, can you guys help me restore it? I tried signing up using the same address but its says the account is reserved so it does exist, how do i get it back. I dont know the password to the account also. My ps3 account doesn't work because the address is gone. Any suggestions on how to fix this deletion?

My son is unable to use Xbox live as his Microsoft account has been blocked under Code 8015D02E. The recovery email on the account no longer exists, so we tried the account recovery form. However, despite 3 attempts we could not provide enough info to verify ownership. He has no credit card, does not use his @live.co.uk email to send or get emails . Have tried @microsofthelps and @xboxsupport on twitter for assistance and they referred me here. Have submitted a Microsoft service request which ended up back at the account verification form again. I seem to be stuck in a loop. Can a password reset link not be sent to my alternate gmail or if I provide a number by SMS to me?

When I try and delete my Microsoft account I get the message "You need to cancel any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with your Microsoft account." after a quick look through the forums I noticed this happens A LOT! Anyway, can someone help me to completely delete my Microsoft account please?

Today i had a bad experience.. Many e-mails from postmaster had come to my account without having sent any of them! At the same time my account was blocked because they sent me a message that someone else is trying to use my account.. After trying hard to find a solution i sent an information to Microsoft and they sent me a new code to my phone number.. But i would like to make some changes and to e-mails that s connected to my basic account because i want to be more safe in case i will have another bad experience.. The problem is that i don t remember at all the code of the first e-mail that i have connect my account , so i can t see the new code that Microsoft has sent me there! Can you tell me a solution about this problem? I want to change the mail that is connected my basic account and i cannot.. Tank you!

Its bad enough with all the questions/learning with Windows 8, Office 365, Outlook, the mymsn page is going to be discontinued and I am a subscriber, what am I paying for now with my msn subscription my email addresses?
