Hello, I am the IT administrator of a school and our parents who are on hotmail.com are not receiving our email communications. Can I send the domain to Microsoft so they can investigate?
I have checked my blocked senders through the junk folder and I DO NOT HAVE ANY BLOCKED senders!! Also, there is not one human being in the world that I can talk to at Microsoft about this. What type of email service does not send you all of your emails.
From what I have researched it may be the hotmail filters are strict and bounce many emails that it thinks are spam.
I am not getting certain emails from overstock.com (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) and babycenter.com (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)

I have added them in my safe list. They are not NOR any email BLOCKED
why am I not getting daily emails?

Ok so ive been having this problem for a MONTH now, and i NEVER had this issue since owning the Original Xbox, and now i cant access my account because of the password, i never had to sign in so many damn times and my xbox would never had to ask me for
my account info or my password but now i cant access xbox live because of this, ive been trying for 3 weeks now to get get my account recovered and to my Surprise, Microsoft is **** up and NOT helping me with this, I spent so much money on getting year subscriptions
and and i havent been able to use it last 2-3 weeks, i get on for a day and then the same bullshit happens again, id like to talk to someone in customer service than rather sit on my **** and wait for a reply Via email, because either this gets resolved or
you'll lose another customer. hate to be rude but this is complete bullshit. wasting my money on something i cant even use.
I need help. Someone has hacked my account and changed my account information. I am unable to access the account because they have set up a two step recovery with their email and phone number. Microsoft will not let me use my personal information to recover
my account. Is thei a way i could contact Microsoft directly to resolve this issue. Please help!
I tried to log on and found that my email password was wrong. Somehow my password got changed, and when Microsoft reset my information so that I could go back in, I found that my information for my birthdate had been changed and my location to Nigeria. my email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

My main Hotmail email address and associated Microsoft Account seems to have been hacked and closed or deleted overnight. A couple other accounts seem to have been affected but my main one seems no longer available. I was on the phone with various Microsoft support call centers this morning and finally was routed to here for potential help.
Sign in results in, "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address or get a new account." and I can't recover the account automatically since: https://account.live.com/password/reset results in "The Microsoft account is incorrect. Please try again."
I had two-step verification on, so I'm not sure how this is possible but they did seem to temporarily have access to multiple email accounts of mine. I've had this email/Microsoft account for over 15 years and it is connected to my Xbox account with points balance, SkyDrive, MSDN subscriptions, etc.
I realize you'll likely need to contact me privately to get the account details. Thanks for any help that might be possible.

- You need to deactivate your Hotmail account. Once you've done that, your Microsoft account will be closed automatically after a period of inactivity.
I have deactivated all alias and cancelled all paid services yet it would allow me to close the account
Please close the account today
I have followed the links to close the account down and when I get there it says that I have to do the following

Hi,
The Skydrive Desktop app is no longer syncing with either of my PCs. Both PCs are connected to the same Microsoft ID. The program returns a "Sorry, there is a problem with the SkyDrive servers. Try again in a few minutes." error message followed by multiple crashes and program restarts. I recently updated the primary account to a new Outlook.com address, which Skydrive did recognize, however it did not "take" my updated password. It was working perfectly before the Hotmail to Outlook transition. However this change may indeed not have anything to do with the "Server Error." This problem presented ~2-3 days ago. I switched accounts 1-2 week ago. Anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know how to resolve it? Thank you.
