I seem to have the same issue as many others in that I keep getting the "To close your Hotmail account, you must first cancel your billing service. Go to Microsoft Account and Billing Services at https://billing.microsoft.com."
message popping up when trying to delete my account. I do not have any Microsoft Billing Service accounts set up so I just need some assistance getting around this step. Thank you for your help
