Can’t make Facebook uploads on Photo Gallery

20. July 2013 · Write a comment · Categories: Hotmail, Outlook.com · Tags: Facebook, Microsoft account

Hi all.

I have the same problem. That means I cant upload any photos from my gallery to facebook directly under Windows 8.

I was checking with another Microsoft Account which was working correctly on the same Windows 8 profile.

So I think something wrong with my Microsoft account? I was trying to delete the connection between Facebook and Microsoft Account and recreate from the browser and also from the gallery but without success.

Any suggestions?

Thanks. kind regards

Outlook Account Problem

I have two email accounts based in outlook. Starting today I can no longer access one of them because:

"You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account). "

But it won't let me access my other account even when I follow what it says.

One of my accounts is a personal one, which I can access (@hotmail.com).  It won't let me access my school account which is a major problem because I need to be able to respond quickly (@eagles.ewu.edu).

You need to cancel any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with your Microsoft account.

Please help me close my Microsoft account.  This shouldn't be this difficult.  I'm disappointed in Microsoft.

Received error: “We’re unable to complete your request” when setting up child account

Original Title: child account

I am trying to setup a child account under my account.  But I keep getting this message when I provide credit card information to verify I am an adult: We're unable to complete your request

Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later.

I have heard lots of people get this and other blogs seem to indicate I need to have something done to my account by Microsoft so I can actually perform this step.  Is there someone from Microsoft who is able to assist?

Other email accounts not available since Outlook launch.

Greetings Microsoft

Since the launch of the Outlook change 3 of my 4 Hotmail accounts no longer work. Two of them are extremely important to me.
When I want to access them it tells me that the "Microsoft Account" does not exist. The odd part about this is that the two accounts in question are still in use over a variety of sites and even get accepted as references in new services I sign up for which is strange so say the least.

I cannot upload a file to skydrive because word keeps asking to login to skydrive

19. July 2013 · Write a comment · Categories: Hotmail, Outlook.com · Tags: Microsoft account, Word document, word service

Dear sir/madam,

Currently im using windows 8 and my office package has the latest update. I check my panda antivirus settings and it is not blocking any skydrive nor word service. After getting the latest windows 8 update I cannot upload any word document to my skydrive folder.

Everytime I try to save a document into my skydrive folder, I have to sign in with my microsoft account. But when I fill in my

microsoft username and password im redirected to the same page and I have to login again. So I cannot login, because it keeps redirecting me to the sign in page after I try to sign in. So I cannot "login" and upload any word document

I get the same problem when I try to sign in with the office upload center

I do not have this problem with excel or powerpoint.

I checked the settings section and i'm already signed in on word wit my Microsoft account and the skydrive service is also connected.

I hope you can help me with this problem, because at this moment im not able to upload any word document to my skydrive folder.

kind regards,

Y. Mayar

I get this message every time I try to verify my daughters email address. I tried yesterday and today and I believe Microsoft has billed me for each attempt according to my credit card ($.50) each time.
