I have two hotmail accounts. When I try to sign in to one I get the following message: You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use
another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account). I follow the link and re-enter my login information and then I get the same error message.
When I go from MSN.ca to Outlook, I must type in all characters of my Microsoft Account (e-mail address) every time. When it was Hotmail, all I needed to do is type in the first character, the system would suggest a list of previously used account names.
This feature is non existent now in Outlook.

I tried to log into my Live.com eMail account and I receive
"That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address or get a new account"
I am currently typing this on my other Live.com account from same computer I would acess the feisty one from.
It hasn't been affected in the same way, as it works just fine.
I haven't changed anything on my end,it just isn't there.
I haven't found anything in the FAQ's that helped.
For security I am not posting the account name.

I have successfully added my domain in domain live.com. I'm managed to create 2 emails under my domain name. However, when I try to create 1 of the email accounts with the name of yyy@ ..... I get this error message:
A Microsoft account already exists with this account name. This was likely an account that was used before the domain was using this service.
You may import the account or you may evict this account and create a new account with this name. If you evict the account, the name may not be available for reuse for up to 60 days to protect the previous member's privacy.
May I know how to solve this problem?

For a few weeks, my Nokia Lumia 920 has not been syncing my emails with my Microsoft Account. I am unable to receive emails normally, but can sometimes send emails fine. As with everyone else that has this issue, it hasn't gone away yet. Can you please have a look and see what the issue is with my account. I'm running the latest version available for Australian users.

I have two live.com.au email addresses which I have been using via the one Microsoft login in Outlook. Outlook will no longer let me access one of the emails, and I also cannot create a new Microsoft account for that email. So I decided I would download
Windows Live and go back to that. When I open Windows Live it shunts me straight to Outlook so I still cannot access my emails. This is utterly ridiculous, is it any wonder people buy Macs? I'm using Windows 8 if that is of any value and the email I'm having
trouble with is quite possibly a POP account, but I can't be sure because I have absolutely no way of accessing it.

I want to transfer my gamertag to my other microsoft account, but I don't know if I will still have my gold membership on my gamertag when I transfer it to the new account. Can anyone help?
