I need help

I am trying to get into my old hotmail account and no matter what I do I cannot get into it...

I spoke with a person on livechat and this is what transpired...

Skydrive Windows 8.1 still see 7 Gb storage after i bought additionnal 50 Gb storage

Hello

i recently updated my computer to Windows 8.1 : OK

then i decided to create a microsoft account and then converted my local account into this microsoft account on my windows 8.1 laptop : OK

after i bought an additionnal 50 Gb of storage on skydrive website in order to backup all my data on my computer : and then, on the skydrive website i saw  that i have 57 Gb of storage : OK


but my computer still see 7 Gb of storage

and also there is a synchronisation issue : no sync between my computer and skydrive (i can put files from my computer into skydrive folder with file explorer : but then i can't see files on skydrive website,   and conversely)

so i spent money for nothing !

can you help me ?

Can’t Logon to my Live Mail Account

Please can anyone help



Had my Windows Live Mail account for some time and have been logging in to my email daily until yesterday. It suddenly decided not to accept my password.   Tried over and over to reset password but can't always tell if the character letters are upper or lower case. Tried to logon to my microsoft account to be told my microsoft account doesn't exist.  Tells me to enter a different email address or get a new account. When I click on get new account button and fill in the form for a new account it the tells me my email address isn't available. I have created a new account with a different email, but I need to use my 1st email address for my contacts and calendar.

Outlook Webapp/ 2013 Office Pro Plus SignIn Issue

I was having no trouble signing into my Outlook.com account before installing Office 2013 Pro Plus. Now I can't get into my Outlook.com Webapp. When I try to login it gives me the following error.

You're currently signed in with a Microsoft account as *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, but that account can't be used with Outlook Web App. Please sign out of your Microsoft account, then sign in to Outlook Web App with the account you use to read your organization's email. Click here to sign out. Learn more

This outlook.com account is not associated with an institution. It's a MS account. Why am I not allowed to use the Outlook Webapp?

Joining 2 Microsoft Accounts

Is it possible to join two Microsoft accounts? For some reason I've found that I have one old windows live ID that I've used for mail, and the other one that is connected to my MCP, to my company and few more services.

Is it possible to join the two?

If not, can I rename my Microsoft account?

i cannot sign into my outlook account

i try to log in but it keeps saying: You're currently signed in with a Microsoft account as *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, but that account can't be used with Outlook Web App. Please sign out of your Microsoft account, then sign in to Outlook Web App with the account you use to read your organization's email. i don't get this i used it fine the other day and i need to access emails from m university. can you please help. 

OUTLOOK.COM LOGIN ERROR

I have been using the email account oulook.com provided by university for more than a year now but since September this year I have not been able to access the account.  I have been told that other students are experiencing the same problem and no one is able to assist.  My mom also tried accessing her account and she cant get in.  I have tried changing the password but it hasnt helped.  This is the msg that comes up:

Microsoft Account Temporarily Blocked

My Microsoft account : *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has been temporarily blocked. When I try to log in, it takes me to a page informing me that my account has been temporarily blocked due to Microsoft Services Agreement. I originally found this issue when attempting to log into my Xbox Live account and it prohibited me from logging in. I have called Xbox Tech Support about this issue, and they have informed me that I need to contact Microsoft Support about getting my account unblocked. I called the Tech Line and your representative directed me to make a post here about it. I have been battling this issue for the past month, and no one has been able to help me. As a 10 year subscribing member to Microsoft services, I am VERY displeased with the customer service I have received from both Xbox and Microsoft.

I have already performed a number of different password resets, verifications, and filling out .acrx or .aspx or whatever extension forms and nothing has worked. There does not appear to be anyway for this to be fixed online.

ERROR MSG: Microsoft account doesn’t exist.

Unable to sign into one of my Hotmail accounts, even though I am able to log into my other two Hotmail accounts.

Keep getting this error message: That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address or get a new account.
