I have been trying to change my xbox gamertag to a different Microsoft account. And it keeps giving me the error 80154042.
I do not have the account signed in on any other device. And i have waited more then 30 days also the new Microsoft account doensn't have another gamertag on it.
I have a service request number 1209758127 from Xbox customer service.
How can i get back my e-mail account? I tried to restore it but i always get this (this text is translated from swedish with google translate):

i want to close my microsoft account but it keep telling me You need to cancel any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with your Microsoft account
can someone please help i have 2 accounts and i want to close one of them ive checked all my paid services i have 0 balance but still i can't close my account

I am trying to login to my Skydrive account and I cannot. When I enter my username and password at login.live.com, I get "Sign-in is blocked" on the screen. It also says:
"Someone entered the wrong password too many times.
If you signed up for this account through an organization, you might not be able to use it yet."
I have tried the password reset questionnaire by following the "Reset your passord" link, but I didn't receive a response. The option for texting to my phone won't work for me because an outdated phone number has been stored on my account. I can't remember any security question either.
I need to access the valuable info I have stored on my Skydrive and you folks are my last resort! The microsoft account in question is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** I am using a colleague's Microsoft account to be able to even post on this forum.

Is there any way to easily sync contacts between my Office 365 account, and my Microsoft account?
My Microsoft Account is linked to my Facebook account, so within SkyDrive etc I do see contacts from there, and also from Skype, but I don't see all of the contacts from my Office 365 account.
When i'm in Windows 8 it's fine I see all of my contacts from both accounts in the people app for example (Because they are both added to the People App), but when I visit skydrive.live.com and then goto the people section, I don't see the contacts from
Office 365 at the moment.
Last week, out of nowhere, my outlook.com account stopped receiving emails. Now under email settings, it says that I can only send emails from this account, and that if I want to change it I have to: "To send and receive email from this address, please add this address to Outlook." Only when I go to my Microsoft account that email is already listed, and has no heading under which I can change the email to both send and receive. I hadn't changed any settings, or done anything to my computer. This problem just came appeared last week, and now after spending three hours searching through every forum and setting on my account, I cannot see any way to fix this. I called customer support and they said this was the only avenue for receiving support with outlook.com. If I could get some help that would be great, as I really need to receive emails for work.

I cant sign in to my account I go to sign in and temporarily blocked hit continue and says webpage not available. I have used multiple search engines and have changed my password and it doesn't seem to change anything. I have also cleared my cache and

My SO has been locked out of Instagram and her reset password email was sent to an old Hotmail account. When trying to log into said Hotmail account, it says "That Microsoft account does not exist.". We have tried to reset password on that account but
due to it being non-existent, it didn't work. I red somewhere that after inactivity of 365 days, a Hotmail account would be deleted. Is there a way to retrieve that email?
Thinking that if it was deleted and the email account was sent back into the system (For re-use I assume), I then tried to create a new email using the same account name. I then got this error saying "This email address is part of a reserved domain such
as live.com, hotmail.com, or msn.com. Please enter a different email address.".
I can't reset the email of the Instagram account without logging in and when looking for help there they told me to contact Microsoft.
