I signed up for my Microsoft Account with an email that I no longer have access to, and I cannot change it by renaming my primary alias it because I get the error "The email address associated with your Microsoft account can't be changed." I have been
informed I cannot change it because I have paid subscriptions on this Microsoft Account. What do I do?

However, you can create a new account. If you use Messenger, your contacts will automatically be transferred to your new account.

I can't change the account, because it's the domain administrator that I use to login and administer emails on domains.live.com - it was working fine previously!
Can someone advise? Microsoft chat support told me to come here and speak to someone.
MS should also change these discussions so I can get a response on an account which is NOT the one I'm signed into.

I have been trying to acces my account (removed) for a while now and i always get the same answer when i try recovery:

Which brings me to my next problem. I made this account when I was 9 and i dont remember what i filled in becuse i was I 9. The account that's been compromised is linked to my Battle.net account, which I've recently found out has also been compromised.
When I tried to log into the game World of Warcraft, my password was no longer recognized and someone had added an authenticator to my account which hadn't been there previously. Blizzard's forums have been blowing up regarding hijacked accounts, usually
by Chinese players, who steal the player's money and gear and then sell it for either in-game currency or real life currency. Thus I can assume that there is a direct link between my Battle.net account being compromised and my Windows Live account being compromised.

Like many people in this form, I am trying to close my account. Unfortunately it says "To close your Outlook account, you must first cancel your billing service. Go to Microsoft Account and Billing Services at https://billing.microsoft.com."
But there isn't any billing affiliated with this account.

Yesterday, When I attempted to access my email, which I have been checking everyday for the last seven years I received this message.

I found this surprising, since I do not have, nor do I want Microsoft 365. I have attempted to sign out of Microsoft 365, but naturally I found this hard since do not have an account. When I attempted to sign out, the only options I was given was nothing more then a strong-armed attempt to force me to buy the program. While I can understand the need to force people to buy the program, I would prefer to just check my email.
All I would like to do is access my outlook account.
I have already attempted delete all my cookies, and use a separate browser. This did not work. I have also contacted my university, however, they could not explain why there was an issue.
I have also read the sticky thread on a similar subject, however it did not really answer any questions.
I need my outlook account, email address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** reset so that I may at the very least retrieve my contacts and saved documents.

I logged into my xbox today for the first time in a few days after adding 4000 points a few days ago. When i tried to sign into xbox live it wanted my email account and password. I do not remember the password. So i clicked on the forgot password link
I go to the password reset form, put in an alternate email and then get put to the recover your microsoft account page, fill in as much information as i can and it continually says " You didn't provide us with enough information to confirm your identity. Please
complete more fields in addition to the ones you have currently completed ".

My Microsoft account is broken, the account that I wish to access tells me that I need to verify that I am the account owner - however, all of my security question information is old/outdated and the contact email is incorrect thus leaving me completely
unable to access said account and all of the Microsoft applications attached to the account IE. Xbox live and Zune. Nothing is working in the retrieval of my account - the verification form has been tried SEVERAL TIMES and the info is outdated and INCORRECT
