since I used Microsoft all my emails falls here and I need to print some important email. but I cant figure how ?. And how I can move this on my emails not in Microsoft account? . please help

Windows 8.1 Pro Preview Build 9431
Original machine Windows 8 Pro
I was following some update instructions on the Windows 8.1 preview and thought that I was just installing one of the many updates. It turned out that this got me into the Microsoft cloud which is now interfering with some of the local network links and functions that I have going. I want to run this machine in local mode only connecting to the cloud when I want to use SkyDrive or my Hotmail account. How do I get back to the local account and reclaim my local user data?
I thought that the checkpoint would handle this, but it does not.
I tried to verify my Microsoft account with my initial attempt and I was unable to verify in time it seems that the time limit on verify ran out I attempted to sign up again and it say that email is being usesd
My computer is XP. On Mondasy Family safety was on my computer I HAVE NEVER HEARD ABOUT IT.I signed in with my microsoft account and now we cannot use our computers. I have tried to remove windows live essentials and still cannot use my XP ot Vista computers.
Our windows 7 has totally crashed What is going on.

I have been contacting microsoft for a year now regarding my email account which was hacked and all I keep getting is that it will be sent to the escalation team, this has been done numerous times and I NEVER hear anything back, I'm so sick and tired of
it now. I cant verify password so it goes to another screen saying that it will send code to phone or email, neither are mine so i say I cant verify code and it it directs me to a recover your microsoft account screen where it asks security questions which
have obviously been set up by whoever hacked the account......I answer the questions and get this back:-

My xbox account is set up with that email address so cant even get into that, So sick and tired of never getting a response, staff just dont seem to know what to do. Anytime that I've spoke over the phone its the same and they never keep any records
of the problems I've had. It's a complete joke
Yesterday , I opened my laptop and tried to logged in my Hotmail account which i have been using for years. FYI, this account is always logged in on my HTC. After entering my user name & password I was taken to another page and asked to enter my password again. Then it showed me that my security code will be sent to my alternate email address which I did receive in no time and using that code was able to log into my primary account.
