I Accidently Entered wrong DOB on my hotmail account

I have entered a wrong date of birth on my primary Hotmail account.    After modifying my account’s profile, I got blocked by a message 
stating that I need a parent’s permission before I can access my email account. After contacting Microsoft, I faxed two forms of ID and 
supporting information to confirm my identity to Windows Live ID Child Age Verification Department on August 31^st, 2013. I received an 
email back from Microsoft account team that my the information that I have submitted for my primary email account  has 
been verified and I was advised to click on the provided link to reset my password.  I followed the given instructions and successfully 
rested my password.  When logging back to my account, I am still getting a message stating that I need a parent’s permission before I 
can access my email account.  My account is still blocked and I am not able to access my emails. Just for the records, I am accessing 
my account from an overseas location since I am stationed for work purposes.

I have been locked out of my account for almost two weeks now and I really need to access my account as soon as possible since it is 
my primary email account.

How to delete Microsoft Business Accounts but NOT Microsoft Account (Personal Account/Hotmail Account)?

I would like to know how to delete Microsoft Business Accounts but NOT Microsoft Account (Personal Account/Hotmail Account). For your information, the Business Accounts were created when I downloaded MS Office 365 Trial.

Please advise, your help would be very much appreciated.

Contacts Lost From Microsoft Account

I suddenly noticed this morning that all my contacts are missing from my Windows Phone people hub (wp 7.8).

The contacts were there yesterday, but today only my Facebook contacts are displayed, not telephone and e-mail addresses from my Microsoft Account.

I logged into outlook.com to check the contacts online and the People page states that I have no contacts stored.

I cannot think of any action which would have caused this from my side, I haven't attempted to delete any contacts manually, and my phone appears to be connected to my Microsoft account correctly, but no contacts are there.

Please can you provide any possible reasoning as to why my contacts have disappeared from my Microsoft account and possible solutions to restore them?

i can’t verify my account and password reset doesn’t help

For about a week now i have been trying to access my Microsoft account and gamer tag. the window i keep getting says "it looks like someone might be using your account", and then i go to the screen where it asks you what e-mail you'd like to use to receive your verification number but the only e-mail listed is one i cannot get into. so i have been selecting the "i can't verify my account" option and filled out the stupid questions so many times and yet all i get back is a link to reset my password... now according to the x-box service people this is where the problem is.. when i change my password nothing gets fixed. the screen says "looks like someone else might be using your account" like it always does and the same e-mail address that i can't use is the only option for verification.

i have called and talked to like 5 different x-box service people for hours trying to figure this out and every time they convince themselves that the Microsoft account team will help me and all i get is an automated response e-mail that doesn't help anything.

the x-box people can't do anymore to help me, only the Microsoft account team can (so i'm told) so PLEASE HELP!!!

i don't like paying for a membership i can't use.

anyone got bill gates cell number? maybe he can help me.

Trying to setup Outlook.com with a custom domain…

I currently have email through two custom domains ([AAA].com & [BBB].com) that are hosted with Google. I'd like to switch over to using Outlook.com for my email. I previously had setup Outlook with the BBB.com domain at domains.live.com. I'd also like to use *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as my primary Microsoft account alias. When I logged in as *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to add this as an alias and switch it over to be the primary, I couldn't add it. The error given was something like "this account already exists."
I had assumed that because I already had the Outlook service setup for BBB.com, I wasn't going to be able to add that address as an alias and use it as my primary alias. So I shut down the Outlook service, and moved BBB.com back to Google for the time being. However, I still can't add BBB.com as an alias to my account.
Long story short… how can I setup *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as the primary account alias for my Microsoft account, as well as use Outlook.com for my email hosting? (I'd like to stop using Google completely, so I don't want to use forwarding or POP access to get the mail.)

hello, today i tried logging into my email's that i have been using for a long time and recently used it this week. but today both accounts tell me that "this microsoft account does not exist" and when i try to create a new email adress with the same email adress, it sais it is not avaiable?

this is weird? maybe my accounts where hacked and deleted ? i do not know. please help me and reply to my email and tell me what happened to me email! i need these 2 email adresses for work!

I'm trying to reset my hotmail password and I received this email, but what is the next step? I did not receive any link to go to, and if I try to enter this code in the password field for my email account it fails..

I can't gain access to my Microsoft account as it says someone has gained access to my account, this has stopped me from being able to use my Xbox live account. *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is the account in question

They have sent me emails allowing me to change my password, I have done this twice and it continues to say the account is being accessed by someone else and it is just leading me in circles now. I request some help from a windows live representative.
