Can someone please delete my hotmail account.
My e-mail is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and my PUID is {removed}
Thank you
Hi,
Here is my situation:
I have my private domain that I use for email address. Let's say my email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
I used to use this email address as my primary Microsoft Account. So I had an account with the username *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
I no longer use that account. Recently I have created another regular account under outlook.com which I use as my primary account. Lets call it *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
I want to merge the 2 account for the following reasons:
I have no need for 2 accounts.
My old account has 25GB as the new one has only 7GB.
It would be nice to natively send mails and sign in as my email address *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
I assume the "Aliases" feature does this? I tried signing in to my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account and adding *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as an alias but it says that address is already taken. Should I close *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account first?
Is there another way besides aliases?
How much storage will I get in the end?
Will I be able to send email as *** Email address is removed for privacy ***?
Thanks,
Itay.
Hello,
I have two microsoft accounts that were linked before Microsoft unlinked the accounts. I used one of them for Family Safety on several pc's with 3 child accounts and an additional parent account.
I purchased a Windows Phone but was unable to setup the Windows Phone with parental controls. The MS support rep got it working but the child account is now linked to my second microsoft account. My problem is that now I cannot use the second account to login to Family Safety filter on any pc. I want to move all the child accounts and family safety to my second live account but it seems the account does not have that capability.
All of the pc's are Windows 7.
Thanks
One of my Microsoft accounts causes my keyboard to NOT respond (touchpad STILL works) after I log in to that Microsoft account on Windows 8. I know the account is the culprit because the keyboard works with my OTHER Microsoft accounts!
I have had the hardware checked out by my PC manufacturerS (YES! this is happening on BOTH of my Windows 8 devices) so I know that the hardware is NOT at fault.
By the way, the keyboard works with the built-in administrator account!
Hello,
My Microsoft account was temporarily blocked around November/December of last year, and I have been with constant contact with Microsoft, Xbox, and even Verizon support ever since. I've changed my password numerous times, submitted many claims, and have probably accumulated 15 different case numbers. I have spoken with many employees who I dare say do not deserve the job I had. For example, I would tell the support staff that I had just changed my password, and that it did not solve my problem. Twenty four hours later, I would get a response email asking me to change my password, as this should solve the problem. The absolute and total lack of competence really shocks me, but I digress. I have a seemingly simple problem with what I feel is a simple explanation: my Microsoft account, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, was temporarily blocked. This most recently has spread to my gamertag, and I can no longer access xbox live for this reason. Now, I am paying for two accounts, one of which I cannot even use. My solution and ultimate goal in all of this is rather straight forward: I want my gamertag, Alienplatypus, to be transferred to my new Microsoft account, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I have already verified ownership of both the account and the console on which it was made and primarily used. Most recently, I was informed by xbox support that I should post using this site, as they determined the root of my problem to be the suspension of my account. So, finally, here is my case number: 1217623955. That should have any other information you may need. However, if you have any questions that you need to ask that will help expedite this process, please email me at *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, or call/text me at 856-628-6397. Thank you for your consideration, and I am very much looking forward to the recovery of my account in anticipation for the release of the Xbox One, which I am most excited about.
Thanks again,
Alex Marino
