how can I set outlook 2011 for mac to show 15 minute time increments

Mac version of Outlook 2011 sets time increments in Calendar to 30 min blocks.
I want to reset this so that the Calendar shows 15 minute blocks.
The method for doing this with Windows version does not work on Mac.
