Live Mail dialog box pops up saying that pictures I want to forward “cannot be found” and will not be sent – do I still want to send this message?

Live Mail dialog box pops up saying that pictures I want to forward "cannot be found" and will not be sent - do I still want to send this message?  What IS this ??? I am looking at the photo in the message I want to fwd, but Live Mail cannot find it?  There must be a fix for this idiocy - many of my emails are received without the pictures - recipients report.  Thank You.................
