Hotmail was not accepting my passport so I wasn't able to send or receive e. mail for 4 or 5 days. I changed my password and you verified my account info and I got my hotmail working again. However, the same problem continues not to work. It says it
can't verify my account but it doesn't give me the opportunity or form to answer the verification .
