Techies-

I use Outlook 2013 IMAP

A few weeks ago, I organized all of the emails in my inbox into particular subfolders. However, now all of the subfolders and emails are missing under the inbox.  I can still see the subfolders as an option when I try to MOVE an email from the inbox; however, every time I select a subfolder I created to move the email to,  I get an error message that reads "This folder is not available".

Any ideas here?

These are important emails.

Thanks!

When my wife opens outlook it does not go to the inbox, but shows a large picture of a child and asks to signe in.

When signed in I go to Tools>internet options>use current & Outlook opens in Inbox for this session, & every time I restart the PC the same thing happens.

My wife is worried about that foto that it may be the work of pedofiles.

How can we get rid of it please?                   ...................nick

PS she was on Hotmail for years before the ruddy MS changed it. She has IE & Vista.

Ughhhhh.... I am so frustrated with the changeover from Hotmail to Outlook. Another issue that I'm currently having now is that when I sign-in the default view is to a random folder (not the Inbox itself). As in, I have a folder called "Deals" that is a sub-folder of the actual Inbox where new mail comes in. When I sign in, it defaults to the "Deals" folder instead of the actual Inbox. This is just irritating every time. Can you assist?

Yes, it happens every time.
No, it doesn't matter which browser I use (I'm using Chrome and Chrome Incognito)

I have attached a screenshot for your reference. This is the view I get when I sign-on.

Thanks.
I was looking out my Inbox and the next thing I know is that my email in my Inbox was gone.  This has happen before but in an older verson.  This leaves me with a big problem.  There were important emails that I was still working on and now they are gone.
Emails sent to me are not being received in my PC Inbox, or the Inbox accessible by the web.  However they are received in the Inbox on an iPad, and they are being received in at other email addresses they are sent to.

Not sure what is stopping the email from making it to my PC - emails are being sent successfully from there.
All my folders are overlapping; I can see Inbox but Deleted, Junk, etc., is overlapped within the Inbox so I can't choose those options.  Have tried to sign out and sign back in as well as restarting my computer.  Any suggestions?

I'm running under Windows 7.

All of a sudden, Hotmail is not loading my Inbox with new e-mails.

My other PC under Windows XP is OK.  My Android phone is OK.  What I have to do is delete my new e-mails on my Android, and then transfer my trash to my inbox on my system 7 machine.

There gotta be a better way.

We have a user that needs to automatically archive old emails from their Inbox to another folder within the OWA. There is a way to create a rule using the 'New Inbox Rule' but that doesn't include the option to archive messages older than XX days. Is there anyway to do this? We do not want to automatically archive out inbox to local files on the user's machine.

Thanks,

Evan
