Question about Outlook Express

I am currently having the issue where I receive: "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later" after the account verification page.  I have tried with different browsers (Firefox 25.0.1, Chrome, Internet Explorer 11, Internet Explorer 10, Ice Weasel, Lynx, Konqueror, Firefox for Android, Safari for iOS), different computers connected to different service providers, different operating systems (Windows 7 x64 (Ultimate SP1 & Home Professional), Mac 10.7 Lion, Ubuntu 13.04, Ubuntu 12.10, Backtrack 5r3, Kali 1.0.5, Ubuntu 13.04 (LiveCD), Backtrack 5r3 (LiveCD), PartedMagic, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, iOS 7.0.3).  I have cleared the cache, disabled addons, started in private mode, deleted all temporary files.
