My skydrive online account is not connecting with the skydrive app i downloaded on my hp. I recently purchased 20GB of skydrive and when I go online and open skydrive it shows it but the app on my hp still says that I do not have enough room for all my files so I know that it must not have gotten the 20GB i just purchsed. I tried deleting it off my hp and redownloading it and trying to sign back in when i redownloaded it but it will not let me delete it off my hp. It is almost like I have two different skydrive accounts. I am very frustrated and have been on the phone for hours trying to speak to a person and no one answered. I would like to have the skydrive app on my hp and the 20 GB I just purchased on my hp as well. My understanding is that if that works it should show up on my online skydrive account as well. Thank you. 

cambie el cartucho y solo saca la hoja de prueba y cuando quiero mandar a imprimir un documento no lo imprime y dice a un lado de la impresora  "puerta Abierta" que hago?
