I was fine using Hotmail on my Samsung Galaxy S4 until recently, Hotmail requires additional apps verification code. Then my S4 was not able to recognise the login/password combination.

My desktop computer broke and I tried to log in to my Hotmail account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) from a different computer and it locked me out of my account.
My secondary account, which would have had the new password sent to it, is dead and has been for some time.
I have attempted the Automated Unblocking process several times and have apparently failed every time.
I require further assistance in this matter from an Administrator, not an automated system as I can certainly prove I am the account owner.
I would be grateful if someone could contact me as soon as possible.

I haven't been able to use my old hotmail account because it got disabled. I can't remember the email that I used to sign up with my hotmail account, and I can't remember the answer to my security question. I've also tried filling out the account verification
form several times to the best of my ability, but all of my requests have been rejected. Now I want to know if there's any other way for me to reactivate this hotmail account or have this one completely deleted so I can make a new hotmail with the same name.

This is the fifth request I have made to Microsoft regarding a Hotmail account that has been blocked, for no reason. Apparently out of the blue you have chosen to require me to verify an account I have been using for a couple of years (email is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***).
The problem is that you send me codes that don't work - I've had three of them so far. When I tried to address this issue with Support I was sent links to address the problem to '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***' (the address that is the recovery email address for rob-filter@hotmail).
HOWEVER, when I tried to access the Support information I kept on getting the message 'r_j_fearon@hotmail is not able to view this incident', or something to that effect. So what have we got here? 1. An unnecessary account verification process, 2. Codes that
don't work, 3. Support links that don't work. I keep reading 'We at Microsoft, take account security seriously', but it seems you do not take user experience or customer support seriously. I am a tech journalist and I have to say that ever since you have
switched Hotmail over to Outlook I have had nothing but problems with my Hotmail accounts. I would appreciate a swift response to this request to unblock my email '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***' as this is becoming a VERY onerous and time consuming task, when I did not need
account verification in the first place.

I have lost EVERYTHING in my hotmail account when i changed to the outlook upgrade recently.
This is just not good enough from the hotmail team.
I have been using hotmail for many many years and i have lost years worth of my emails.
I sure do hope someone can restore all my emails.
And incase you ask....yes i tried to recover the emails though the option of the Deleted Items folder as instructed, but it only brought back all the junk emails.
hope you can get this sorted. Something like this should not be allowed to occur, this should have all been checked before making us upgrade and lose everything!

Today, August 9, 2013, there's been no receipt of emails in my Hotmail (Outlook.com) account. I can successfully send emails to the Hotmail account (meaning that they aren't bounced back) and I can successfully create an email within the Hotmail account
and send it to my Yahoo and Comcast accounts, but I am not receiving any emails in the Hotmail account!
Hello, my account (obviously different from this one) has been blocked and it seems like there is no way to get it back. The first option for recovery by sending a conformation to a different email is not possible because that old hotmail has been deleted
due to inactivity. The automated survey also doesn't work because I don't have enough information. I use it for game accounts mostly so I don't send many emails on it therefore I can't fill in most of the form. Is there any other way to get my account back
or do I just have to let it go? Thanks for any help,

Earlier today I attempted to Forward an YouTube mail , along with (adding) an attachment. The combination "Jammed" And now several hours since Outlook/Hotmail simply "buffets". New mail, Stored Drafts, etc. Will Not open. The "Curser"/the Hotmail system simply

My 1st hotmail address was in my maiden name. This one is still my primary account which I have a password for. When I got married I set up a new hotmail address in my married name. This was accessed via my 1st address and I used to be able to switch between
the 2 addresses in Outlook by clicking in the top right of the screen, the drop down menu then gave me both of my addresses to choose from. This 2nd address never had it's own password. It was just kind of tagged onto my 1st address. After the recent changes
to Outlook I have found it impossible to access my 2nd hotmail address. I can still log into my account & get my 1st address inbox etc but although I have tried everything I cannot find any trace of my 2nd address and cannot change any setting to accept as
it will not give me the option of adding a hotmail.com address (which it is) only .co.uk (which it isn't). There was one option that asked me to log into that account to use it but as I have never had a password for that address it was impossible. I have since
set up another alias email address in my married name using hotmail.co.uk just so people can contact me in my married name but I really would like to access my hotmail.com address as it has several years of history attached to it. Can anyone help please?
